Cloud-based Services is a start-up like business line within Bosch Security Systems focusing on new, Internet of Things-based Services. Innovative web-based applications bring the right services as differentiating and exciting value-add functions to the key user groups – from installers, integrator, security service providers to end-users of our high-tech devices and solutions.

In this role, you will contribute to the mission of delivering ingenious cloud services at scale. Whether building on the Remote Portal platform, working with our technical infrastructure team or highly advanced web-based applications for our key vertical customers and prospects, you help driving product development and act as part of cross-functional teams to define and deliver on the next phase of dynamic cloud services. You apply and further develop your expertise in this innovative engineering field to generate excitement by designing functions and interfaces, user paths and views together with the user-experience team and product responsible of the solution offerings.

Experience cooperation: You work as full stack developer in agile SCRUM development teams with internal and external designers, product managers and users to transfer functional needs into complex, technical solution space. Education: You have a diploma or bachelor's/master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field. Additional qualifications in web-product design and development, interface design or a comparable field of study are advantageous.

Experience and knowledge: You bring along a high level of proficiency in web-based applications, services and technologies. You have already gained experience for more than 3 years in software development with relevant work experience on complex, web-based software products and services, ideally in security environment. You have experience working in the development context of cloud applications, SaaS, emerging cloud use-cases for web/mobile and enterprise. You know how to work with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), SCRUM, Continuous Delivery, Ember, Git, Golang, Javascript, Junit, REST, Wildfly, HTML, MySQL, Splunk, Sahi, Tomcat, Ansible and other state-of-the-art web technologies.

Languages: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are a prerequisite.
