Responsibilities:
- Leading project team members in a matrix organization
-Tracking and creating project schedules with risk and bottleneck management
-Conducting management reviews and escalation
-Coordination with calculation of product cost, EBIT. Etc
-Project compliance files documentation and management
-Technical verification and approval of test and returned parts analysis report
-Acquisition phase support for sales team
-Samples coordination and management with sample shop and customer
-Manage project to ensure on time, on spec., on budget delivery, interface management of internal project team and customer.
