• 客先渉外（仕様協議、デザインレビュー、客先不具合解析）
• トラブルシュートリーディング
• 品質管理（ゲート管理、リリースコーディネーション）
• Project leader of EPS EE HW（ECU, Motor, Torque sensor) Development 
• Definition of EE HW required functions, Defintion/control of W development schedule, budget control
• Customer communication (Requirement fix, Design review, Problem analysis@custoemr)
• Lead of trouble shooting
• Quality responsibility(Gate qualification, coordination of release process)

• 電気設計及び評価知識（ISO、IATF規則に準拠したプロセス）
• 自動車部品開発経験
• ISO26262の知識或いは経験
• チームリーダー経験
• 客先渉外経験(
• 英語能力（TOEIC 600~)
•  
• Electronic device development(design or evaluation) experience according to ISO or IATF process
• Automotive component development experience 
• Experience/knowldege about ISO26262
• Team leader experience
• Customer negotiation experience
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600~)
• Fruent Japanese language skill
