・職責：日本で開発されるJOEMプロジェクトにおける機能安全の顧客窓口および顧客との技術論議の牽引
・車種開発において顧客の機能安全要求を分析、社内安全設計を評価し、プロジェクトチームと共に安全設計開発を実行
・協働：顧客要求をボッシュ（ドイツ、インド等）インターナショナル開発チームと整合

• To take responsibility: you are the key contact for a customer project in Japan for functional safety and lead technical discussion with the customer and define safety design in project
• Safety design : you capture and analyze customer requirements,  perform safety analysis with the project team and coclude safety goal& design in project
• Working together: you align the customer requirement with an international development team at Bosch(Germany,India,etc.)

• 自動車OEM、自動車部品メーカー関連業務の経験
• 開発業務の経験
• 日本語、英語両方での技術折衝の能力(日本語：ネイティブ、英語：TOEIC650点以上)
• パーソナリティ：やる気にあふれた、責任感の強い、挫けない、柔軟性のある、チームワーク重視、コミュニュケーションを苦にしない、出張を厭わない
• ワーキングスタイル：組織的・構造的な取り組みが得意、自律的な、信頼性のある、顧客志向、ゴール志向
• 知識：電気・電子全般、ハードウェア、ソフトウェア等、電子コントロールユニットに明るい方
• 経験：機能安全分野（ISO26262その他）、FTAあるいはFMEA等の分析手法、並びに要求管理における知識と３～５年の専任経験
• ノウハウ：ソフトウェア及びハードウェアを含む運転支援システムに関する技術的理解
• 海外での業務経験（あれば望ましい）
• プロジェクトマネジメントの業務経験（あれば望ましい）

• Working experience in development fields
• Capabilities of confident, technical discussions in both Japanese and English(Japanese: Native, English: TOEIC over 650)
• Personality: motivated, responsible, resilient, flexible, team work and communicative, willingness to travel
• Way of working: systematic, structured, independent, reliable, customer-and goal-oriented
• Education: completed degree in computer science, engineering(e.g.electrical, mechanical, software engineering) or comparable
• Experience: knowledge and several years of professional experience in functional safety(ISO26262…) and analysis methods such as FTA or FMEA and Requirements Engineering
• Know-how: good technical understanding of driver assistance systems including software and hardware
• Working experience in overseas (preferableskill)
• Working experience in project management (preferableskill)
