• EPS（電動パワステ）技術領域において、顧客プロジェクトの開発を日程通りに完了させる車種開発プロジェクト取りまとめ
• 顧客のシステム要求に合う技術提案内容を取り纏め、顧客と合意する
• 機械部品、電子部品、センサー、ソフトウェア、テストの各機能に開発タスクを振り分け、成果物をシステムとして成立させる
• 開発コスト、予算のトラッキング
• ボッシュASの代表として、技術関連の質問や折衝に対応する

• Ensure on time development of customer projects in the responsibility area of technical project management
• Coordination and alignment of technical Documentation and system requirements
• Coordination, alignment and consolidation of the development tasks and work products for mechanics, electronics, sensors, software and testing
• Tracking the development cost's and budget
• Representative of Bosch in front of the customer, competent partner for the customer for all development related questions and topics

• 自動車OEMまたは自動車部品サプライヤで3年以上の開発経験を有すること
• 日本語および英語で技術議論ができること（日本語：ネイティブ、英語：TOEIC 600点以上）
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験を有すると望ましい
• 海外での勤務経験を有すると望ましい

• Min 3 years working experience at automotive OEMs/supplier and in development fields
• Capabilities of technical discussions in both Japanese and English (Japanese: Native, English: TOEIC over 600)
• Working experience in project management (preferable skill)
• Working experience in oversea (preferable skill)
