• EPSシステムレベルでのシミュレーションを行う（SiL model assembly、Analysis of Dynamic Load case、Virtual Steering Stability Processなど）
• シミュレーション結果に基き、システムの安定性チェック、定数チェック、定数決定時の制限等を文章化する
• ボッシュ社内および顧客にシミュレーション結果を説明する
• 専門エンジニアとして、ボッシュ海外拠点エンジニアのトレーニングを行う。

• To Conduct EPS system level simulations, such as 'SiL model assembly', 'Analysis of Dynamic Load case', and 'Virtual Steering Stability Process'
• Documentation for Robustness Check, Tuning Check, and Tuning Restrictions
• Explanation of the simulation result to Bosch internal and the customer
• Training as expert engineer to LCL engineers

• エンジニアリング関連の事象について議論できること（日本語：現地人レベル、英語：TOEIC 550点以上が好ましい）
• 自動車関連、メカトロニクス、またはエレクトロニクスシステムでの複雑なシミュレーションの経験を有すること
• シミュレーションモデルについての十分な知識を有すること
• モータ制御または類似のソフトウェア知識を有すること
• ステアリングシステムや自動車の安定性や性能についての知識を有すると望ましい

• Negotiation skill of engineering topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC>550)
• Experience of complex simulation of Automotive systems, mechatronics, or electronics system
• Deep knowledge on simulation model
• Knowledge on Motor control and related software knowledge
• Knowledge of Steering system and Vehicle stability/performance (preferable skill)
