• グローバルで行われるテストの進捗を確認し、状況を社内外に報告する
• プロセスに則ったソフトウェアテストの実行に責任を持つ
• 不具合発生時は、チームをリードして解析と対策を実施する

• Leading SW testers in project
• Planning, Coordination, and internal/external alignment for SW testing
• Monitor the testing progress and report
• Responsible for the execution of all SW test related process steps
• Lead of trouble shooting

•  ソフトウェアテスト関連について、日本語および英語で技術論議できること（日本語：堪能、英語：TOEIC 600点以上）
• リスクや課題に対し、透明性保って安定的に取り組む資質を有すること
• ソフトウェアテストを計画し、実現させる行動力
• 社内および社外への説得力
• チームをリードした経験

• 自動車部品の開発プロセスの知識
• FMEA, SA/DFA, FTA等の経験
• ISO26262, ASPICE, 8Dに関する知識

•  Negotiation skill of SW testing topics in Japanese and English (Japanese: native, English: TOEIC 600~)
• Stable, consistent transparency of risks + problems
• Realistic planning of SW testing
• Internal and external persuasiveness
• Team leader experience

• Automotive component development process knowledge
• Methodological experience (FMEA, SA/DFA, FTA)
• Knowledge of ISO26262, ASPICE, 8D
