Job Description

  • Leading a group of officers and store handlers in running daily operations of material flow.
  • Plan & organize the section budget (MAE) according to the BP
  • Operate and optimize materials flow from warehouse 1 (W1), warehouse 2 (W2), external warehouse, supplier E- Kanban to Final assembly supermarket.
  • Resource/Capacity planning to meet Business Plan requirement.
  • Lead key user for LOM area.
  • Responsible to meet related safety standard and train all operators to follow the standard.
  • Review and follow up to revise time to time ISO/ SOP/ instruction card for supermarkets.
  • Deliver good team morals and instill discipline among subordinates.
  • Communicate company policies to the team & ensure that it is adhered to by all subordinates.
  • Driving the logistics team to implement i4.0 or digitalization projects in both logistics and production area.
  • Coordinate workshops and conducting training for new improvement processes in SAP, Projects or new systems.
  • Participate in lean line design and propose suitable material supply concept for new production line setup.
  • Monitor key point Indicator (KPI) reports and ensuring all KPI’s are in line with Company targets & goals.
  • Create and update PDCA, target chart for Logistics Projects.
  • Escalate to superior for the non-standard practices.
  • Coordinate and support on all issue related to ERP and in-house system.
  • Other additional tasks as per superior instructions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Management field
  • At least 5-10 years of working experience in order logistics management and production planning function in manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated skills in managing and leading a team.
  • Possesses knowledge and understanding of MRP SAP, FMEA and Project/Quality/Strategic management.
  • Computer literate with an aptitude for figures.
  • Proficient in English language both writing and spoken; and
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team.
  • Fully determined, committed to deliver task in quality and timely manner.
