Job Description

  • Lead the cross-functional project team follow the Bosch product development process and complete the project according to the agreed targets/goals.
  • Organize discussions, formulate project plan and project goals, lead the project team to follow the project planning to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources within the organization to ensure projects get the required resources to execute the projects.
  • Organize and host internal and external meetings of the project, lead and record meeting content
  • Organize project activities to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of activities. Assess the efficiency and effectiveness of project and agile for adjustments as necessary.
  • Assess project risks and implement risk mitigation measures
  • Control project costs/expenses and meeting product cost targets
  • Take effective measures to utilize the potential and advantages of project members (internal and external team)
  • Follow up closely supplier's samples making and start preparations for the mass production stage to ensure trial production of each sample and mass production are carried out on time and successfully
  • Coordinate and arrange tasks for project members, regularly check project results, and put forward suggestions for improvement
  • Control project progress and be responsible for reporting project status to internal customers and board members.
  • Effectively resolve various problems and conflicts that arise during project stage and escalate in timely if necessary to avoid impact on the project
  • Apply and follow up the approval work package of the project
  • Execute project review and improvement area, participate in performance evaluation of project members
  • Preferred with experience in mechanical or electronics design for products product development with minimum 1 full complete cycle

  • 采取有效激励措施,激发项目成员(内、外部)成员的潜力和优势
  • 实时跟进供应商样品、开始批量生产阶段的准备工作,确保各样品试制和批量生产按时、成功进行
  • 协调和布置项目成员任务, 定期检查项目成果,提出改进意见
  • 掌握、控制项目进展,负责向内部客户和部门内汇报项目状况
  • 有效解决项目过程中出现的各种问题和冲突,必要时及时升级,避免对项目造成影响
  • 申请、跟进项目重要节点的审批工作
  • 执行项目总结回顾,参与项目成员工作表现评价
  • 具有至少 1 个完整周期的产品开发机械或电子设计经验者优先

Qualifications

  • Mechanical Engineering bachelor’s degree or above, PMP certificate holder is preferred
  • 5+ years working experience, including 2-3 years project management and mechanical design experience
  • Good people management, ability to motivate teams
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, ability to moderate discussions
  • Good in negotiation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, capable of oral communication comfortably
  • Familiar with office software (word, excel, power point, etc.) and teleconferencing software
  • Can adapt to frequent business trips
  • Positive, proactive, good self-management skills
  • 工程类本科及以上学历,PMP持证者优先
  • 5年以上工作经验,其中 2-3年项目管理和团队领导经验
  • 良好的人员管理、激发团队的能力
  • 良好的组织、协调能力
  • 有一定的谈判技巧
  • 良好的沟通和演示技能,有能力主持会议讨论
  • 优秀的英语沟通表达能力,能胜任高频跨国日常口语沟通
  • 熟练使用办公软件(word,excel, power point等等)和远程会议软件
  • 能适应经常出差
  • 积极、主动,良好的自我管理能力
