Job Description

  1. Familiar with the manufacturing process of the responsible product, analyze and solve the quality problems from manufacturing to ensure product quality and delivery requirements. 熟悉负责产品的制造过程，分析解决制造过程中的质量问题，确保产品质量和交期要求。
  2. Root cause analysis and preventive action regarding costumer complaint, parts issue or process issues with the forms of PSS, A3. 用PSS或A3形式的处理客户投诉、零件问题或过程问题的根本原因分析和预防措施。
  3. Lead team members to improve FPY, production productivity and reduce the scrap rate. 带领团队成员提高FPY，生产效率，降低报废率。
  4. Daily production /Process maintenance and document (Process flow chart/PFMEA/CP/PQI) update. 日常生产/过程维护和文件（工艺流程图/PFMEA/CP/PQI）更新。
  5. Participate in the development and trial production of new products and the formulation of product quality plans and contribute for process design and fixture design Fixture build and optimization参与新产品的开发、试制和产品质量计划的制定，参与工艺设计和治具设计治具构建和优化
  6. Participant BPS improvement and CIP improvement 参与BPS改进和CIP改进
  7. Design, application, follow-up, acceptance and improvement of production fixtures and writing of operation instructions Fixture optimization, acceptance and生产夹治具的设计、申请、跟进、验收与改善以及作业指导的编写
  8. Control the process of new materials, new processes and new equipment. 对新材料、新工艺、新设备的导入过程管控。
  9. Formulate a rework plan caused by poor quality, and provide on-site guidance. 制定因品质不良造成的返工方案，并现场指导。
  10. Supervise and correct the unreasonable and non-compliant operation behaviours on the production site. 监督和纠正生产现场不合理的、不符合工艺流程的作业行为。
