Responsible production planning engineer for segments or entirety of production line

• Support in production line layout during industrialization, preparation of technical specification

• Order process of machines and services regarding the set up or ensuring the running operation of production line segment

• Creation and maintenance of production documents, e.g., work instructions, standard operation sequence, escalation plan

• Support in creating and maintaining global production documents, e.g., P-FMEA

• Ensure technical availability of production line segment to achieve required production volumes

• Planning, carrying out and evaluating process tryouts (new type, process changes, etc)

• Coordination to restart line in case of technical problems, by involving responsible technical process experts

• Coordinate projects with cross-functional departments for cost reduction, quality improvement and customer satisfaction

• Training activities for workshop level

• Implement action to prevent occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product and process

• Prepare all related issues for Audits and accompany auditors to assure a successful Audit

• Additional tasks from manager

• Major in engineering (technical) or similar

• 3 years+ experience in planning position or similar

• Computer literate in Excel, Word, & Power Point

• Good English
