Job Description

Plan, develop, update and optimize the methods and processes of operations warehouse, such as: receipt, assortment, warehouse and shipments, complying with the requirements of safety, quality, quantity, time and cost within the area, under concepts of I4.0.

Design, develop and optimize the logistics structure of raw material and product warehouses. finished, external, materials receipt area, AMI and assortment, in accordance with the principles, lean manufacturing tools and objectives through the production system.

Standardize and permanently apply statistical techniques, lean manufacturing tools, Kaizen and I4.0 in the administrative and operational functions of warehouses.

Maintain the availability, efficiency and effectiveness of functions, always within the ranges of compliance the company establishes.

Improve the internal Pull System of components and finished product, the creation of supermarkets and cross dock must visualize the increases in materials, personnel and equipment mostly.

Apply industrial engineering and logistics tools to reduce time and movements.

Eliminate waste in the different functions of the area.

Contribute to the establishment of training plans for area personnel

Achieve a level of personnel competencies appropriate to the needs of these areas, working in a safe environment and with respect for environmental legislation.

Participate in the preparation and updating of the documentation necessary for the operation (FMEA, process sheets, procedures, visual aids, standard worksheets, flow chart, control plan)

Systematize warehouse operations and comply with audit requirements.

Support for the implementation of TPM in warehouse areas.

The equipment must have the Autonomous Maintenance program to maintain the in optimal production conditions.

Qualifications

Education: Industral engineer, ILogistics Engineer or similar.
