PgP5 Plant is Bosch Group’s newest expansion in Malaysia a semiconductor test site in Batu Kawan Penang. With the long-term forecasts for growth of semiconductor component quantities, coupled with the front-end production in Bosch’s Dresden facility in Germany, capacity expansion is required for the back-end production, which is the final testing phase of semiconductors and sensors.

• Take responsibility

You are responsible to plan and develop of state-of-the-art measurement concepts aiming the analysis of MEMS sensors’ functionalities. 

• Get creative

You create, develop measurement and test concepts to acquire electrical/digital sensor data. You build and deepen MEMS system understanding and apply that in the sensor development.

• Drive innovation:

You analyze, visualize measurement data and put the results to systemic context, derive implications, suggest and discuss system (e.g. design, functionality) improvements in international teams.

• Be dependable:

You create procedures for system analysis and tests in close cooperation with the MEMS development. You schedule and coordinate lab measurements based on the requirements.

• Bachelor Degree in Science or Master's qualifications in natural sciences is preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field of semiconductor test.
• Possess good programing skills in script languages (e.g.: Matlab, Python), elementary knowledge of analogue and digital circuits, experience in test equipment. Skills in Pyspark and Hadoop are a preferred advantage.
• You are an effective team player with good ability for problem solving and analytical thinking approach. You are cooperative personality and with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken). Knowledge in German is an advantage (alternative: willingness to learn the basics) is very helpful.

Special Condition:
Willingness to travel occasionally. On-site training in Hungary & Germany for up to 6-9 months.
