1. Responsible for quality system set up and maintenance 负责质量体系的建立和维护

• Review quality system documents based on BBM Compass and CDQ 负责及时更新质量体系文件
• Organize corresponding trainings for new and updated procedures 针对新/更新流程开展培训

2. Responsible for 3rd party IATF16949 certification audit 负责第三方IATF16949 认证审核

• Confirm audit schedule with 3rd party auditor 确认审核计划
• Organize internal preparation meeting 组织内部准备会议
• Coordinate and organize the audit 审核期间协调并组织接受审核
• Organize to define action plan and validate 组织定义改进措施并跟踪确认实施状态

3. Responsible for internal system audit and process audit 负责内部审核和过程审核

• Confirm annual plan for internal system and process audit 和审核员确定审核年度计划
• Perform audits according to the audit schedule and issue the audit report 根据审核计划执行审核
• Check the action plan and follow up 确认改进措施并跟踪实施状态

4. Responsible for system documentation control 负责质量体系文件的管理
5. Responsible for related work to CSR requirement 负责CSR 要求的识别和落实，及客户认证证书的维护，如Ford Q1, JLRQ,
Formel-Q, BIQS 等
6. Responsible for specific process audit 负责特殊过程审核 (e.g. CQI-9,CQI-12,CQI-15,CQI-17)

Bachelor degree or above

5 years of working experience with quality system management in automotive industry

Familiar with IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3
Communication and cooperation skill

Microsoft office skill, Good spoken and written English
