1. MES and digital system maintenance

- Design and implement the digital architecture of the entire plant;

- Management of MES system server and database, trouble shooting and escalation to BD&BCI;

- Server upgrade, migration and trouble shooting;

- Overall management and maintain digital solutions application in plant;

2. Information security and privacy

- Roll out ITM standard and implement central requirement of information security;

- Mapping and manage current IT devices;

- CIP to remove the potential ITM risks;

3. Digital transformation

- Promote data analysts to enrich in-depth data analysis use cases;

- Standardize data structure and program documents of data management;

- Develop and implement digital solution to support business improvement;

- Promote the digital transformation in terms of training, project development and establishing process;

- Utilize manufacturing data platform (MDP) to develop digital solutions to contribute to business;

- Document or standardize manufacturing data platform application (MDP), usage process, sharing good practice.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in computer, information management, industrial automation, etc.;

2. Familiar with MES related hardware (PDA, industrial computer, printer, network, etc.) daily operation and maintenance；

3. MES experience in manufacturing industry, familiar with manufacturing planning, logistics, production, quality, equipment management and other business processes；

4. Experience in troubleshooting and responding to network security incidents, and understand the configuration and management of routers, switches, firewalls, network behavior management and other devices；

5. Familiar with the Windows Server operating system and system management；

6. Proficient in MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle database；         

7. Experience in server upgrade, migration, and troubleshooting；

8. Master a programming language Python, C# etc.；      

9. Large language models and AI experience are preferred.
