Responsible for Engineering Drive Building Sets - Components and Processes, China (ED/EDB-CN). Motor design in Drive Center & Process development.

• Development of new processes in TCC for all platforms and applications done in TCC
• Ramp up of new processes in plants in China
• L4 Support to plant TEF1 in Asia Pacific
• Process technology Managers to fix process chain and coordinate process development for new products developed in TCC and localized to RBCC
• Engineering building-set components, especially magnets and magnet materials
• Buildup of TCC cross-functional experts’ team
• Bridge CN local team with Germany lead plant

• Master or above in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
• More than 5 years working experience in mechanical design, automotive design process development, MAE development, MAE project lead or lab management
• Experienced in using PC office software
• TDP1 or above
• Excellent English skills and capable to interact and explain e.g. from Germany to CN local team.
• Good German language both written and read.
