- Define planning strategy based on ABC/XYZ analysis and input from value steam. Work out levelling pattern (production plan) according to defined strategy.

- Follow up fulfilment status of released production plan, and handle deviation timely. Track and analysis the deviation and work on continuous improvement with value steam.

- Follow up ECR changes and phase-out products closely to prevent obsolete/excess stock.

- Monitor deployed KPI, alert / quick reaction to deviations to make sure KPI are under controlled.

- Master data maintenance in SAP system. Role expert of SAP-LP part.

- 跟踪计划的达成情况，及时发现偏差并处理偏差。避免造成对上下游物流的影响。

- 计划流程改善合理化建议，改善项目跟进。

-College or above 大专以上学历

-3~5 years planning experiences. 3-5年计划经验。

-Production plan experience in automotive industry is a plus.有汽车行业计划的优先考虑。

-Strong data analysis ability；需要较强的逻辑思维能力，数据分析能力

-Strong teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure；有团队精神，能够在压力下工作

-Excellent office skills include word, excel, PPT 擅长办公软件，如excel，PPT， word等
