Job Description

  • Assist with Internal Sales phone and e-mail enquiries from both non-Account and account Customers who might benefit from company products or services
  • Investigate phone and e-mail enquiries for future potential and pass this information on to the respective manager for action (CRM)
  • Developing long-term relationships with Customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Calculating Customer quotations, follow up of quotations and administering of Customer accounts
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Persuading Customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
  • Provide sales department with technical assistance with Major projects, if required.
  • Providing technical assistance if possible – eg: some recommendations regarding sizing made, different products offered according to availability along with product information as requested by customer and sales engineer, to support after-sales services activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Engineering / Production or Service   
  • Certificate/Diploma/Mechanical trade level qualifications or industry experience of equal level
  • Proficient PC Skills / Microsoft Applications
  • Health, Safety & Environment Awareness
