•    Analyze and support management to define target cost of fuel cell powertrain products incl. fuel cell system, eAxle and other products.

•    Breakdown of target cost into value add and material cost, define standard methods & process to evaluate and benchmark bottom-up calculation with target and identify improvement potentials.

•    Deep analyze of supplier quotation, understand the cost structure, and identify potential for cost improvement of supplied components. 

•    Follow up raw material market and evaluate influences on product costs.

•    Familiar with cost analysis method and approach
•    Self-initiated working approach and strong executive ability

•    Experiences in purchasing and/or process development for production of automobile product
