1. Product structure analysis.  产品结构分析
2. Process analysis. 工艺分析
3. Products Design optimize base on DFMA. 通过产品制造组装工艺分析反作用于产品设计
4. Define/ Execute/ Standardize the process of new products. 新产品工艺选定、执行、标准化
5. Process digitalization development. 工艺过程数字化开发

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and technology or automation. 机械类、电子类、自动化类专业学士学位
2. 5+ years’ experience with MAE development & 1+ years’ experience with process digitalization development.  5年以上设备工程师经验，1年以上工艺数字化经验
3. Interpersonal skill and presenting skill in front of cross function audience is a prior. 团队合作能力和报告能力强优先考虑
4. Know with quality tool, including SPC/8D/A3/FMEA etc. 了解品质相关工具,如SPC/8D/A3/FMEA等等
5. Hands-on experience in use of standard FA components,  in-depth knowledge in pneumatics . 对机械标准配件有实际应用经验，例如标准件，气动元件，伺服电机等
6. Fluent in both verbal and writing English and able to be working language. 英文流利，可作为工作语言
