Job Summary

Bosch Sensortec GmbH develops and markets key technologies in consumer electronics – micro-electro-mechanical sensors (MEMS), solutions and systems for smartphone applications, tablets, video game consoles, wearables, and the Internet of things. Bosch Sensortec (BST) is looking to hire a Specialist Fabless Supply Chain Planning for our Supply Chain Management Team located in Taipei, Taiwan. As member of our worldwide Logistics team you will manage the global supply and production plan of our BST products for Frontend related operations (e.g. Wafer Foundry & Wafer Level Test). In this role you will be one of BSTs main interfaces from Logistics operations for our OSAT locations and transportation forwarders in Asia pacific region.

Roles and Responsibilities

In your role as Specialist Fabless Supply Chain Planning your roles and responsibilities include:
1. Supply & response planning:
▪  Managing of production and supply for BST products of our Frontend Supply Chain with OSAT to achieve the operation team KPIs of delivery performance, delivery reliability and target stock levels
▪  Resolving of supply issues by managing cross functional teams with internal and external stakeholders
▪  Driving proactively decisions and monitoring actions to improve and control the Frontend related manufacturing of BST products
▪  Carrying over ramp-ups into mass production and managing of product discontinuation plans in alignment with Engineering and other cross functional groups from BST worldwide
▪  Keeping management and all related stakeholders informed about the global supply status for relevant products

2. Supplier interface from BST logistics team:
▪  Main interface from our global logistics team as resident from Asia Pacific region for managing all logistics related Frontend topics from day-to-day operations
▪  Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship for logistics operations with external partners together with Purchasing
▪  Coordinating task forces on site at the vendor and OSAT locations in case of major supply issues

3. Transportation forwarder Management:
▪  First level contact as BST resident from logistics team for handling all operational transportation & customs related topics in APAC
▪  Supporting BST headquarters in the onboarding of new transportation forwarder & customs Broker
▪  Resolving general customs issues for related shipments of production material

4. Project Management
▪  Shaping BSTs Supply Chain network by taking over responsibility in projects for integrating further external partners as well as new business models into BSTs global fabless manufacturing network or leading Continuous Improvement initiatives in logistics.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of business administration, business engineering or comparable, ideally with focus Supply Chain Management.
- Graduate with first working experience as intern or side job in Supply Chain Management.
- Advanced internal and external communication skills
- Business-focused with cross-functional planning, coordination and analytical skills
- Proactive and independent style of working
- Excellent language skills (both orally and in writing) in Mandarin
- Advanced language skills (both orally and in writing) in English
- Result oriented and strong business-mind
- Good knowledge in MS Office, esp. in Excel

Desirable Requirements
- Masters degree in business administration, business engineering or comparable, ideally with focus Supply Chain Management
- 1-5 years of proven experience in worldwide Supply Chain Management with a good understanding of Semiconductor production, preferably for frontend Wafer Level Testing
- Excellent language skills (both orally and in writing) in English
- Experienced in working with ERP and/or MES systems
- First project management experience
- First experience to work in international teams
- Proactivity in creating ideas and solutions in terms of process, data analysis and reporting
