This position is to offer MES system support, project implementation& services in local.  It provides solutions to manufacturing engineering system, with a reliable, cost-effective and secure environment and coordinate all MES related activities and coordinate continuous improvement of I4.0 projects.

该岗位为本地生产制造部门提供MES系统支持，项目实施交付的IT解决方案，以建立稳定、高效、安全和成本合理的制造执行系统。并统筹协调工业4.0项目的持续改善。

1.     Manufacturing IT (ITM) and I4.0 coordinations; 生产相关部门实施ITM和工业4.0

3.     Central I4.0 task / project implementation in local. 贯彻落实总部计划的任务或项目

4.     Local management of MES/I4.0 roll out projects and lead local MES/I4.0 project, including business analysis collection and validation, budget management and other project management work and so on. 完成全球MES/I4.0项目在本地推广实施及本地MES/I4.0项目管理工作，包括业务需求分析收集，预算管理等。

5.     Coordinate I4.0 projects implementing in Shenzhen plant and follow the projects, attending global timely meetings.  协调跟进公司实施的各I4.0项目及改善计划，定期参加全球会议。

1.     B.S. major in IT or electronic or manufacturing relevant本科IT或电子或制造、工业工程相关专业

2.     Good analytical and problem solving skills,良好的问题分析和解决能力

3.     Ability of self-learning;自学的能力

4.     MES project implementation/delivery experience, I4.0 project experience, be very familiar with process control of manufacturing enterprise具备MES项目实施、交付经验，有工业4.0项目落地经验，熟悉制造型企业过程管理；

5.     Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and virtual team;跨部门协调能力, 有效地与内部和跨组织团队合作

6.     Practiced oral and written English would be preferred熟练的口语及写作英语

7.     Project management 项目管理

8.     ITM (Manufacturing IT) support experience would be preferred有ITM (生产制造IT)工作经验者优先
