To keep all molds in good condition in the rubber shop to support line productivity performance, mold engineers work to develop new molds, improve maintenance and repair of molds, identify and resolve mold issues, and follow up on related improvements 为了保持橡胶车间所有模具处在良好状态以支持产线生产力绩效，模具工程师来制定新模具的开发，模具的改善保养维修等，发现并解决模具问题及跟进相关改进项目。

Roles and Responsibilities 职责描述

1. New tooling develop, produce, and release 新模具的开发、制作、放行。

2. Improve current tooling to reduce product failure rate 现有模具的优化改善，降低产品的失效率。

3. Pressing tool management Maintenance, replacement, scrap, assets). 模库管理（模数统计，保养计划，模具报废，模具汰换新增，转固定资产）

4. New process release tooling related 协助新项目的工艺放行

5. New product management (Cost/Quality/Deliver) 新项目推行（成本/质量/交付）

1. Familiar with rubber molds 熟悉橡胶模具

2. familiar with AutoCAD, Solikwork 3D modeling software, able to design mold products; 熟悉AutoCAD, Solikwork三维造型软件，能够进行模具产品设计；

3. Familiar with surface grinding and various metal processing equipment, knowledge of rubber forming equipment is preferred. 熟悉平面磨削及各种金属加工设备，了解橡胶成型设备优先。

4. Familiar with mechanical engineering 熟悉机械工程。

5. Project management experience, can lead improvement project 项目管理经验, 可以单独领导改善项目

6. English workable 能用英语进行基本的工作沟通
