- Coordination of infrastructure, one of topics including Server, network, database and NAS in Pk/支持协调其中企业IT 基础架构的某一领域，思科网络，windows服务器，数据库;
- Microsoft platform support, such as M365, Powerplatform, ... /微软智能平台的支持，如M365, POWER PLATFORM.

- University education, 3 years+ working experience in enterprise IT area/本科学历，3年企业内部IT工作经验;
- Experienced IT workplace support 丰富的IT桌面支持经验;
- Knowledge of one of those domain, network (cisco devices), server, database./具备网络，服务器，数据库某一领域知识;

- Knowledge on ERP system. Kingsoft / Fourth Shift /SAP etc. 了解并使用过ERP系统，比如金蝶/四班/SAP;
- IT support experience with ITIL process (Incident/Problem/Change... Management)/熟悉ITIL支持流程;
- One or more coding skills of Microsoft power platform, SQL, Python, VB/具备基本编程能力，如微软低代码平台，Python,数据库，且有经验提供方案;
- Good English skill both in oral and writing/良好的英文口语及书写能力;
- Good communication and presentation skills/良好的沟通及演示技巧;
- Willingness to learn/对学习新知识感兴趣.
