•    Monitoring and controlling maintenance and production indicators, defining improvement potentials with methodical approaches and leading related projects.
•    Responsible for preventive and periodical maintenance planning of production machines
•    Diagnosing faults & defining effective measures to minimize machine breakdowns
•    OEE improvement and cost decreasing projects.
•    Critical spare parts management for all machines under the responsibility
•    Budget managements for all maintenance activities.
•    Planning technical training for enhancing skills of team members
•    EoL material inspection and planning required revisions
•    Provide technical support through problem solving approach to maintenance teams at responding production machine breakdowns
•    Defining and leading digitilization activities to support the predictive maintenance strategy
•    Continuously communicating with client departments, suppliers and other Bosch plants regarding technical and organizational issues

•    University degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electronic and Information Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering
•    Trust on own capabilities, having strong communication and collaboration skills to breakdown technical terms and wording into understandable daily language proper for target group.
•    Experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics Tools (Tableau, Power-BI, etc.)  
•    Self-motivated to look always for further improvement opportunities
•    Fluent in English (plus German is an asset)
•    Experience about KPI/KPR and PDCA systematics. (maintenance cost, MTTR/MTBF, technichal loses, stock cost, planned maint. activities, etc...)
•    Automation / PLC systems (Siemens, etc..)
•    Lean manufacturing experiences for turning-milling-grinding and series assembly production systems
