Job Description

New Product Introduction

  • Responsible for start-up projects, warranty, customer complaint, ISIR and reliability testing.
  • New project product qualification test include full fill the regulation requirement.
  • Actively involved in FEP, QGs, FMEA, PQP and production line release.
  • Prepare product test plan, product inspection plan (EP), QZ test plan and FQ/VQ checklist.
  • Provide training to QMM test technician on all related inspection plan and checklist.
  • Work with service center to understand the product quality level in the market.
  • Coordinate project testing investigate failures and ensure close loop of the action plan.
  • Responsible for part release and incoming inspection.
  • Ensure all ISIR requirement are full fill. Example CpK & CmK.
  • To ensure measurement methodology align between PgP2 and supplier.

Operation Support

  • Responsible for in-coming, in-process and out-going product quality performance.
  • Responsible for MSA, calibration, concession management, customer complain.
  • Provide support to resolve line FOR issues.
  • Support PUQ on supplier incoming material quality issue disposition and 8D verification and evaluation.
  • Support cost saving activities and approve alteration change.
  • Regular review with production personal for PQP and FMEA.
  • Perform failure analysis on customer and warranty complaint and drive for improvement to achieve the agreed target.
  • Ensure ANDi contents is checked before release and implement correctly.
  • Conduct periodic audit to ensure line and process compliance.
  • Conduct failure investigation with cross-functional team for non-conformance incidents.
  • Drive cross functional team for Quality improvement.
  • Responsible for plant-to-plant quality complaint.
  • Responsible for product transfer on quality measures between plants.
  • Responsible for monthly Quality Management and warranty analysis reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics or Science.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (Engineering, Quality or Project Management).
  • Good in technical report writing and include complete data analysis and action recommendation.
  • Experience in plastic molding, metal stamping, turn part, PCBA, die-casting, hardening part is required.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard, TS16949, IEC/EN60745, 62841, Product Safety requirement (UL, CSA).
  • Familiar with statistical process control method, FMEA, QFD.
  • Able to understand and interpret technical drawing and perform measurements with measuring equipment such as CMM, vision scope, profile projector methodology.
  • Ability to apply in-depth knowledge of problem-solving technique in solving Quality issues including risk assessment evaluation.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels within organization, supplier and customers.
  • Proficient in application of DoE, SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP and 8D.
