What will you take care of?
Within the Automotive Aftermarket division we are looking for a person who will work within the Customer care team as a Customer Consultant Advanced.
Help shaping the future: You will manage and support Strategical Customers for Order to Casch topics, including IT integration and trouble shooting;
Manage and monitor Customer orders and related activities (deliveries, complains, invoicing, debit/credit note), taking the opportunity action;
Take on responsibility: You will coordinate of forecast with Customers, consultant on assortment, monthly exchanges and Maintain Customer Contracts including subscriptions and services.
Experience cooperation: You will Continuos exchange with Customers and internal sales, including Customer F2F visit and monitor development of customer with regard to logistic maturity.
Reliable implementation: You will contribute to improve the processes with internal expert in case necessary; You will implement knowledge and use of relevant IT-systems and KPI tracking per customer (e.g. Power BI, SAP).
The activity involves an exchange of information with many business functions (sales, accounting, logistics) both at Italy and Foreign level, as well as relations with external customers.
What distinguishes you?
Experience and know-how:
- 4-5 years of experience in Commercial Company with Sales processes knowledge;
- IT knowledge of Office Packages and SAP (Sale Area)
- Initiative and cooperation skill;
- Cross-functional working;
- Problem solving skills;
- Fluently English;
- Communication skills;
- Customer order processes.
