Portuguese Customer Service (Full time, 39 hours per week, hybrid)

We provide services and complex technology driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world. Provide Digital Technical Support: Offer technical assistance on products using databases, troubleshooting tools, knowledge articles, and other complex resources.
Manage Service Subscriptions: Handle renting service subscriptions (new subscriptions, subscription information, product and service updates, etc.).
Billing Support: Assist with billing tasks (payment method changes, billing issues, invoicing, and related matters).
Update Personal Information: Ensure accuracy of personal information and comply with Privacy Regulations.
Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs through outbound follow-up calls when necessary.
Handle Complaints/Issues: Manage customer complaints/problems, document updates for each case, ensure follow-up and customer satisfaction, and report customer feedback on products.
Continuous Improvement: Strive to continuously develop and enhance processes and services to ensure the best customer experience. Focus on precise and polite communication.
Adhere to Company Regulations: Follow the company's internal regulations, policies, work instructions, and service processes.
Achieve Key Performance Indicators: Meet individual and service-related key performance indicators.
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner. Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Portuguese (C2 level). Multiple language capability is desirable.
- Candidates must hold a valid EU working permit and a spanish NIE number.
- Candidates must be based in Barcelona or Vigo for Hybrid work and frequent travel to the office. Initial contract will be temporary with a leasing agency (ETT).
