Job Description

In this role, you will be working for a service for leased vehicles. Some of your main functions will be:
1) Lease Inquiries: Customers may have questions about the terms and conditions of their lease agreements, including payment schedules, contract details, and end-of-lease options.
2) Vehicle Maintenance and Repairs: Customers might contact customer service to report issues with their leased vehicles, request maintenance services, or inquire about the procedures for repairs.
3) Billing and Payments: Inquiries related to billing, invoices, and payment processes are common reasons for customers to contact customer service.
4) End-of-Lease Options: Customers approaching the end of their lease may seek guidance on options such as lease extensions, vehicle returns, or potential upgrades to a new lease.
5) Special Requests or Modifications: Customers may have special requests or need to make modifications to their lease agreements, and customer service can help facilitate these changes.
6)Complaints and Issue Resolution: If customers encounter problems or have complaints, they may contact customer service to seek resolution and assistance in addressing their concerns.
Qualifications
-Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, professional telephone etiquette, and the ability to handle stressful situations in an efficient, professional manner. Must have a sense of team response to satisfy sales goals and assure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in French (C2 level). Multiple language capability is desirable.
- Candidates must hold a valid EU working permit and a spanish NIE number.
- Candidates must be based in Spain.
