Job Description

Are you a creative genius with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and eye-catching visuals? Do you have a natural flair for social media and a deep understanding of what makes content shareable and engaging? If so, we're looking for you!

As a Social Media Manager - Content Creation, some of your main functions will be:

  • Create and publish engaging social media content across various platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube for the corporate social media channels "Bosch Global."
  • Craft compelling English post texts that effectively convey our corporate messages and engage the audience.
  • Generate creative ideas and produce short-form video content, including Reels and Stories, either autonomously using editing apps or in collaboration with a video agency.
  • Review and adapt social media postings provided by external agencies to ensure alignment with corporate messaging and branding.
  • Conduct research to evaluate relevant topics and handle internal suggestions, contributing to a diverse and engaging content calendar.
  • Take ownership of specific content series and contribute to the development of new content formats to enhance user engagement.
  • Support channel management activities, including analytics and paid media processes, to optimize social media performance and reach.
  • Implement insights gathered from content performance tracking, refining strategies to enhance audience interaction and content effectiveness.
  • Actively participate in Bosch Global editors rounds, collaborating as part of a virtual global content team to maintain consistency and alignment across social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, conducting research to identify innovative approaches and incorporating them into the content strategy.


  • English language skills at a C2 Level (Native or equivalent, according to CEFR levels).
  • Profound professional experience in content production for social media channels and channel management
  • Hands-on expertise in usage of all current social media platforms and online tools
  • Studies in Communication/Marketing/PR/Journalism/Online Media Management or similar
  • Solid practical experience in PR, Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Social Media in an agency or a corporate environment
  • Interest and/or experience in creating engaging content about complex topics
  • Organized team player with the determination and ability to contribute proactively to the success of a virtual global team.
  • Excellent language, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Experience with content marketing tools and/or photo- and video-editing software/app
  • German language skills are a plus, but not required
  • Candidates must possess a valid NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) number and a valid passport.
