Role and main responsibility

The main role of recruitment engineer is to assist Bosch to develop Plan Workshops in the commercial vehicle channels, maintain the brand image of Bosch, enhance the value for the network, empower the network, and build the competitive business model for the future. 

主要职责是帮助博世公司在商用车渠道开发Plan修理厂网络,维护博世品牌形象,提升网络价值,为网络现行业务赋能,并打造未来具备竞争力的业务模式:

  • Learn about market information including Bosch products and competing products, collect customer needs, such as product development, price policy, etc. 
  • At the same time help Bosch to increase the market share of CV spare parts in the market.
  • Workshops material placement/store product display/store inventory sorting, Workshops purchase, sales and storage report statistics by monthly.
  • Online training account establishment/offline sales skills training/offline workshops technical training.
  • Help workshops to enhance the sales turnover and service level.
  • Help workshops to implement the digitization base on  business of current and future.
  • 调研市场信息,包括博世产品及竞品,搜集市场客户需求,例如:产品开发/价格政策,等等。

  • 同时帮助博世公司提升博世商用车配件的市场份额。

  • 协助修理厂整理宣传物料/产品陈列/产品归类,月度汇报分析修理厂销售/采购/库存数据。

  • 协助修理厂建立线上培训账号/线下技术培训指导/培训修理厂线下产品销售技巧。

  • 协助修理厂提升业务额和服务能力。

  •  协助修理厂基于现在和未来而实施数字化转型。

  • Auto industry & market knowhow.
  • Potential customer identification ability.
  • Convincing & communication skills.
  • Similar with customer acquisition.
