• Quality responsible as customer representative
• Intern product quality coordination (e.g. Audit, reliability testing, 8D)
• Coordination of tasks within international Quality network
• Colloboration with production
• Support of Quality activities in the RB-Int / RB-Ext
• Application of and support to preventive and corrective quality tools. (8D, FMEA, CP and Customer release needs... etc.)
• Leading continuous improvement activities (e.g. PDCA, Six Sigma, Digitalization)

• Graduated from Material Science, mechanical or industrial, chemical or physic engineering
• Analytical problem solving skills (e.g. statistic knowledge)
• Software knowledge is an asset (e.g. powerBI)
• Quality background is an asset (8D, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, IATF)
• Fluent English and intermediate German language
• Good communication, enthusiastic and struggler personality
• Customer oriented mindset, being open for learning new things, eager to improve business
