Job Description

Supporting Service Marketing Activities 

  • Adopting Direct and Indirect marketing strategies to increase Call-To-Action (CTA)
  • Develop ideas for creative service marketing campaigns and service marketing strategies (i.e. Product life cycle engagement, EDM, increasing engagements)
  • Conceptualize to implement service marketing activities
  • Offline material production - Design, develop and rollout marketing materials (POS, standees, leaflets, brochures etc)
  • Participate in F2F and/or live online ecommerce activities (Maintenance show/ sales promotions etc)

Consumer Sentiments Sensing and Review

  • Analyse customer satisfaction results and following up with relevant functions to enhance overall experience
  • Sharing of analysis with relevant team leads for improvement actions

Supporting of Service Channels

  • Direct engagements and interactions with end customers, project customers and B2B customers to  promote and create awareness on Hardware+ services (e.g. Clean & Care, Consumer Extended Warranty and Maintenance packages)
  • To support service, sales enquiries and redemption at UnserHaus Customer Care Center
  • Optimize direct sales opportunity and increase reach to end customers
  • Manage online D2C systems and promotions

Supporting New Programs/Project implementations (e.g., Consumer Extended Warranty, Maintenance Services)

  • Administration of new program sign ups and maintaining of database
  • Assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies or new programs

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum diploma/degree in Marketing/ Digital Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing
  • Data Analytics skill
  • ECommerce experience or knowledge is an advantage
  • Experience with white goods industry preferred
  • Local cultural understanding
  • Balance of analytic and creative skills, good networking skills, high ability of multi-tasking, interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills, computer skills in MS office
