Wiper Blade Senior Design Engineer_AA

Job Description

Develop Bosch aftermarket wiper blade and packages according to PEP/IATF16949.
Drive project/product design according to design for manufacturing principle.
Participant in customer projects acquisition phase for cost and technical evaluation (perspective of cost, quality, technical feasibility study and timing plan).
Coordination of work packages in cross function teams, including engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QM, Logistic etc.
Presenting project status to review with team and regular reporting to management.
Cooperate with internal Bosch customers (mainly Europe and NA) for project status review, technical evaluation etc
Continue cost improvement, design optimization and standardization etc. solution tracking (RPP)
Drive innovation campaign inside department, with support from marketing department and other cross-functional teams.

Bachelor degree or above.
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related Engineering curriculum required.
Automotive project experience is preferred.
Cross functional department working experience is preferred.
NX or other CAD tool experience is highly desired.
Experienced in MS-office, good computer skill.
Good communication skill with team and customers and management.
Work under pressure.
Innovation spirit.
DRBFM mindset.
Good problem solving skills.
Familiar with metal or plastic material and production process.
Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast track program.
Familiarity with Product Engineering.
Simulation skill.
Good English language skills both written and spoken.
