Job Description

- You are the first point of contact for customers and responsible for handling incoming inquiries.

- Answering a wide range of general and specific service and technical questions is part of your duties, as well as advising customers on the existing product portfolio. This includes, for example, providing information on technical recalls, available wheel/tire combinations, and vehicle model availability.

- You identify customer inquiries and forward them to the relevant specialist team in customer service. By correctly assigning the inquiry and forwarding it to the right department, you ensure that customers receive a technically correct answer in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- German Language (C1 level) Mandatory;

- English (at least B1 level, written communication);

- Strong communication skills, commitment and customer and solutions-oriented;

- Flexible to work two saturdays a month
