Main Objective

The Customer Planning Administrator is responsible for plan, manage and control customer deliveries in a timely manner throughout the value chain, ensuring deliveries by analyzing, confirming, and scheduling demand in systems and following up with customers.

What challenges will you have?

• Manage data and information to satisfy the demand with the customer.
• Provide the correct tool specifications, and the required changes in pieces in order to ensure the continuity of production to the customer.
• Monitor the shipment of purchase orders for key accounts and communicate any changes that affect delivery to the customer.
• Programming and follow-up of the production plan.
• Ensure that sales transactions are completed with accuracy and established quality standards to the customer satisfaction.

Who are we looking for?

• Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Business or related field
• From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry as Customer Service or related positions is a must
• Advanced English level

Technical Knowledge

• OEM Portals Management (OEMs)
• Office, expertise in Excel is a plus
• SAP Mod. SALES & DIST
