Job Description

  • Plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the Service team to maintain Customer satisfaction and meet organisational and operational targets.
  • Service Sales (drive existing strategies, visit customers, sell service products like maintenance contracts etc.)
  • Ensure Target for Turnover is achieved.
  • Quality (Lead time, NCR, customer feedback, Quality action list, Calibration, testing and tagging, certification, tool listings, etc.)
  • Ensure all relevant licenses, tickets and inductions etc are current
  • Ensure Employee Training (competence management) is up to date.
  • Supervise employees, contractors and visitors as required from HSE and Quality perspective
  • Ensure profitable and sustainable service growth.
  • Developing new strategies, plan for future growth, resource and personnel planning

Qualifications

  • Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications
  • Experience managing a service workshop and team
  • Ability to travel and be flexible with work hours
