Marine&offshore Engineering Principal Application Design Engineer is responsible for customer inquiry tracking, design concept, supply total solution, technical support design department,cost calculation and customer feedback. Responsibilities include: customer management, inquiry information collation and verification, design of quotation solution, cost calculation, project planning, contract change, payment management. Marine&offshore Engineering Technical Principle Engineer should be a Marine & Offshore application expert for whole hydraulic system value stream , also pay attention to the information transmission with other relevant departments and the communication with customers. 海事工程技术资深工程师负责客户询价跟踪，设计方案，提供完整的解决方案，技术支持设计部门，核价及客户反馈。职责包括：客户管理，询价信息整理核实，设计报价方案，核价，制订项目计划，合同变更，收款。海事工程技术资深工程师需要作为海事工程技术专家为整个液压系统价值流，另外需要注意与其它相关部门之间的信息传递以及与客户之间的沟通.

4. Promote IPM strategic products (standardized and innovative products) 推广动力站的战略产品（标准化和创新产品）
5. Maintain sales and customer relationship维护销售及客户关系
6. Finish the solution and quotation according the customer's requirement 根据客户要求完成方案和报价；
7. Apply Pre- purchasing components, execute order in advance申请提前采购元件,提前执行订单；
8. Confirm down payment from customers确认客户预付款状况
9. Coordinate after sales service协调售后服务工作
10. Provide application training for design engineer 向设计工程师提供应用培训
11. Other temporary task. 其它临时性任务

1. University master degree in engineering electro-hydraulic branch prior工科背景硕士以上学历，电液专业优先
2. 5-8 years working experiences in hydraulic application & sales function 5-8 年液压应用或销售领域工作经验
3. 3-5 years working experiences in Marine & Offshore technical application 3-5 年海事应用技术经验
4. Knowledge about hydraulic products, can provide the solution according to the customer's requirement 了解液压技术及产品,能根据客户需求提供解决方案
5. Self motivated, hardworking, proactive, communication skills, good conception and coordination capability工作积极努力, 具备良好的沟通能力及较好的组织协调能力
6. Good English and Office Software 英语沟通良好，掌握办公软件
