1.Support regional product team head to define product strategy and roadmap;

2. Build and enhance products from existing ideas with R&D team together in an agile way;

3. Help develop new concepts based on industry research and the needs of customers by working with sales team;

4. Lead the PoC (Proof of Concept) project of new product or new features to verify the functions and transfer the know-how to execution/ service team;

5. Prepare the promotion material and user manual, and work with sales together to understand the customers’ requirement and make the proposal/ offer;

6. Support the product related service;

7. Achieve operational excellence: quality assurance, cost control (sales cost, R&D cost), on time delivery, productivity and customer satisfaction index.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering (Automation, Information Technology or Industry Engineering related);

2. 5+ years MES related working experience with application experience in any/some of these industries: automotive, machine tools, semi-conductors, electronics, etc.

3. Deep understanding of manufacturing and intra-logistics knowledge;

4. Hands-on experience in more than one product management, product technology, new product development or customer technical support role;

5. IT skill with windows/ Linux OS, SQL server, MySQL and Oracle database; Azure, Huawei Cloud; Programming experience of C#, Java etc.;

6. Hands-on experience of DevOps tools is plus;

7. ERP or other manufacturing software experience is plus;

8. Leadership position in previous work is plus;

9. Ability to work under ambiguity, think strategically and set goals;

10. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, results-driven organization;

11. Ability to conceptualize and communicate business needs, good presentation skills;

12. Proficient in Chinese and English language, both written and spoken;

13. Ability to travel frequently.
