Job Description

  • Strategic Target Deployment from Divisional and Plant Top level goals to Business Units and cost elements (Example: Normal, Expedite Freight, Packaging, etc) deep dive while reporting and analysis of cost variances and measure tracking of operational projects oriented to cost and inventory reductions. Analysis scope includes internal and external cost/effects, budget and cost center follow up while operational monitoring and forecast (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, CFxx, BP) of all Inbound and Outbound Cost elements of Value Chain.
  • MBR Analysis scope includes internal and external cost/effects, budget and cost center follow up while operational monitoring and forecast (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, CFxx, BP) and Target Deployment
  • Project management of Logistics Industry 4.0 implementation with improvement on internal material flow among Warehouse and Production Lines. Monitoring of planning parameters and compliance of Central standards.
  • Improvement & Innovation: Project leadership for interdepartmental topics (as of Reimbursement, TCO/TCD, Forecast accuracy on Actuals, DigiTLOI, I4.0). Including Measure tracking on MTT

 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial modeling and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles is an advantage
  • Fluent  in English. Other languages (e.g. German) would be a plus
