About the team:
Global Business Services are an integrated and process-oriented service unit of Bosch, where we provide best-in-class services to the divisions in order to support their business.
Over 10,000 associates all over the world deliver services across seven process lines, serving over 300 Bosch legal entities. Our motivation is the daily satisfaction of our customers at Bosch by professionalizing business services and supporting our internal partners to focus on their core business. ► Collaboration with user departments to align the strategic fit of the product, to further develop the solution based on UX Workshops and to assure continuous improvement
► Conception of a roadmap, creation and prioritization of backlog items, user stories and subtasks within the sprints.
► Derivation of business logics from supply chain data from source systems and mapping into the target infrastructure
► Steering of the development teams to achieve milestones within data engineering and visualization fulfilling relevant quality criteria.
► Supporting the rollout of the solutions with concepts, manuals, and process documentation.
► Completed studies in business administration / informatics or a comparable qualification
► Personality and Working Practice: committed, responsible, flexible, analytical, proactive, high-quality aspiration, strong communication and client-facing skills, result- and solution-oriented
► Experience and Knowledge: > 3 years of experience in IT Product Management or IT Project Management. Knowledge and experience in reporting, data analytics or data warehousing.
► Knowledge of Oracle RDMS or comparable RDMS, SAP LO/MM/SD
► Preferably Logistics/ Supply-Chain process knowledge
► Enthusiasm: passion for creating valuable solutions with a user centric mindset in an agile team setup
► Business fluent in written and spoken English
