Job Description

In our Cottbus ASIC development center, we develop ASICs for Bosch Sensortec in the field of MEMS Speakers. Your responsibility will be the management of Mixed-Signal or System-on-chip ASIC projects.

  • You represent & manage ASIC development projects for consumer sensors, assuring high development quality and the “First Time Right” of our IC designs
  • You are involved early during project acquisition and requirements engineering, taking care for estimating the project effort & costs, fulfilling the business case and strategic company goals
  • You lead a cross functional team in an international and global environment
  • You cooperate and communicate with customers, partners and external service providers
  • You plan and track tasks across all ASIC development domains.

Qualifications

  • Personality: High level of enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to work in international and interdisciplinary teams
  • Working Style: Effective team player with focused and independent working style
  • Experience and Knowledge:  5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ASIC design programs. Project management certifications and experience in ASIC Design are nice to have
  • Languages: Proficient English (C1) and advanced German (B2) language skills
  • Education: Degree (Dipl./ M.Sc.) of electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent with outstanding results
