Job Description

  • Monitor and control shipments, delivery and inventory of material from and to Bosch Units
  • Maintain master data on SAP to ensure smooth system’s run and correct transactional data
  • System execution for logistics inbound and outbound activities
  • Perform daily / weekly / monthly reports of Delivery and Inventory Performance for responsible Bosch Units
  • Other Logistics Management related tasks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with studies related Foreign Trade, International Business Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 1 years working experience.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • 2nd language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
  • Possessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Strong communication skills      
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
  • Good time management, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to understand and evaluate information from a variety of sources
