► Organizes the efficient functioning of warehouse operations on a daily basis, including sending finished products to customers and coordinating deliveries.

► Creates a BP-business plan (investment and logistics costs) for the warehouse

► Monitors the implementation of the business plan and the definition of countermeasures for deviations in relation to the business plan.

► Performs continuous work on improving processes and productivity in the warehouse.

► Controls the proper execution of processes, coordinates problem solving.

► Participates in projects related to warehouse operations

► Leads and improves inventory system control.

► Manages quality issues, mis-shipments, material quantity deviations, etc. with interdependent departments, suppliers or forwarders.

► Creates and controls actions to prevent errors in warehouse operations.

► Leads warehouse employees functionally and disciplinary.

► Plans the number of HC needed in the warehouse, participates in selection during recruitment.

► Controls compliance with safety measures for the protection of employees at work in the warehouse.

► Plans and optimizes machines, materials and other equipment used in the warehouse.

► Controls warehouse maintenance.

► Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken

► Good knowledge of MS-Office package and SAP

► Very good communication skills

► Good analytical and problem solving skills

► Ability to lead a team
