Job Description

As a Sales Excellence Manager, you are responsible for developing & rolling out sales concepts & initiatives to foster growth and improve sales efficiency for Emerging Markets (BE). You need to have inter-personal skills, strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively among all levels around the globe. AA regions refers to Greater China, ASEAN, Middle East, Russia, Africa, and Turkey.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding the market dynamics and user / distribution trends and generating deep insights accordingly.
  • Investigating key growth drivers of EM, with focus on KUM (Key User Management) channel (KUM direct sales & key Industry focus) and translating them into a comprehensive and implementable Growth Strategy with clear objectives, roadmaps and resources needed.
  • Driving the implementation of all KGDs (Key Growth Driver), communicating and aligning the KGDs with stakeholders in HQ & regions, and is responsible to achieve the objectives of the growth strategy on BE global level.
  • Steering the development of the KGDs, measuring the results, and taking corrective measures when needed.
  • Leading / co-leading projects related to development of tools and process that aim on improving efficiency of sales teams and sales activities.
  • Working closely with other expertise teams especially Digital transformation, User communication, UX (User Experience) as well as with the Portfolio Management and Business team to ensure a full alignment in the development of the needed product portfolio, services, and concepts.

You will be working closely with the management board and other internal and external stakeholders such as the regional sales and marketing organizations, expertise areas such as BUD (Business Unit Development), digital transformation, Marketing and BOP (Business Operations).

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in economics, Marketing or Statistics. Master or MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in similar areas at marketing and/or sales. Experience in power tools business or with Bosch is a big plus.
  • Strong strategical conceptual capability, exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong ability to work effectively at all levels and drive topics systematically in one global agile organization.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
  • Future and result oriented.
  • Resilience to work pro-actively and effectively with high quality standards.
