About the project

At Bosch, we develop, examine and enhance new systems, components and technologies. Our aim is simple – improving lives. Bosch has been present in Serbia since 1991. In 2006, it was set up as a fully foreign-owned subsidiary, Robert Bosch d.o.o. In 2015 Bosch employed almost 800 associates. Today, Bosch in Serbia is active in three of the company’s business sectors: Mobility Solutions, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology. In 2015, two new departments in the field of information and communication technologies were opened. The central areas at our Belgrade location develop and support the company's medium and long-term strategy, thus promoting a sustainable growth.

About the team

Global Business Services are an integrated and process-oriented service unit of Bosch, where we provide best-in-class services to the divisions in order to support their business.

Over 10,000 associates all over the world deliver services across seven process lines, serving over 300 Bosch legal entities. Our motivation is the daily satisfaction of our customers at Bosch by professionalizing business services and supporting our internal partners to focus on their core business. ► Pilot rollout and Global rollout
► Communication with key stakeholders, product sponsors​ and product owners to define the rollout strategy, concept, timelines and milestones per solution
► Definition of scope (which solutions, which divisions, which regions) and key users for both the pilot and actual rollouts + identification of synergies
► Accountability for and coordination of pilot and actual rollouts
► Pre-information of customers
► Preparation of training materials
► Organization and hosting of kick-off meetings and rollout events
► Explanation of technical issues/functionalities/logics in the event of problems and questions from the customer during the rollout
► Feedback collection during pilot and global rollout
► Translation of user feedback into technical requirements in collaboration with the POs

► Advanced process - and system knowledge in the area of customer demand planning in sales and logistics​
► Profound understanding of market and customer related processes​
► Highly analytical and with a passion for IT P/S/S
► Expertise in project management as well as with project management methods and tools (e.g. Gantt-Charts)
► Ability to motivate others, service and customer orientation, excellent communication skills
► Ability to work in a team, ability to cooperate, ability to criticize and ability to deal with conflict
► Personal traits: resilience, assertiveness and negotiation skills, persuasiveness
► English language required (business fluent - written and spoken)
