Global Business Services are an integrated and process-oriented service unit of Bosch, where we provide best-in-class services to the divisions in order to support their business.

Job Description

► Pilot rollout and Global rollout
► Communication with key stakeholders, product sponsors​ and product owners to define the rollout strategy, concept, timelines and milestones per solution
► Definition of scope (which solutions, which divisions, which regions) and key users for both the pilot and actual rollouts + identification of synergies
► Accountability for and coordination of pilot and actual rollouts
► Pre-information of customers
► Preparation of training materials
► Organization and hosting of kick-off meetings and rollout events
► Explanation of technical issues/functionalities/logics in the event of problems and questions from the customer during the rollout
► Feedback collection during pilot and global rollout
► Translation of user feedback into technical requirements in collaboration with the POs


► Advanced process - and system knowledge in the area of customer demand planning in sales and logistics​
► Profound understanding of market and customer related processes​
► Highly analytical and with a passion for IT P/S/S
► Expertise in project management as well as with project management methods and tools (e.g. Gantt-Charts)
► Ability to motivate others, service and customer orientation, excellent communication skills
► Ability to work in a team, ability to cooperate, ability to criticize and ability to deal with conflict
► Personal traits: resilience, assertiveness and negotiation skills, persuasiveness
► English language required (business fluent - written and spoken)
