► Customer and commercial technical support 
► Resolving requests and complaints regarding orders, deliveries, invoices and product availability
► Backlog management 
► Support for eAcademy (maintenance, creation of eLearning materials, translation, update and content creation) 
► Support regarding technical trainings (preparation and execution)
► Preparation of technical service information
► Daily communication and reporting with team members
► Tracking, entering, modifying and executing orders in the SAP system
► Technical and service support for advanced energy efficiency and renewable energy appliances (heat pumps, solar systems, IOT controllers).

► Last academic year or recent graduate of technical faculties
► Knowledge of English language 
► Knowledge of computer work and MS office packages 
► Basic analytical skills
► Knowledge of SAP - would be an advantage
