The Automotive Aftermarket division (AA) in Serbia offers a broad range of services towards AA headquarter in Karlsruhe from areas of product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing and engineering. AA organization in Belgrade is unique on a global level due to being the only organization outside the central headquarter which performs the same headquarter processes.

Job Description

► You will launch new products in ERP system
► You will coordinate all launch process activities with other stakeholders
► You will inspect automotive product documentation and collect documents for system upload
► You will perform data administration and system updates
► You will conduct data analyses
► You will continuously work on data quality improvement, initiatives and proposals for improvements
► You will create reports and KPI follow-up

Qualifications

► Relevant High school or bachelor degree, technical background is plus
► Good knowledge of MS Office package (knowledge of MS Access is an advantage, but not mandatory).
► Fluent English, spoken and written, German language would be a plus
► Good communication skills
► Ability to work in dynamic International environment
► Target oriented
► Excellent analytical capabilities and well-structured operating method
► Interests or knowledge in advanced MS tools is a plus (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
