► Performs preventive maintenance and problem-solving tasks

Works with external craftsmen and operators to carry out preventive maintenance and on-site repair tasks. Also, maintains vehicles, tools, and equipment for work, ensuring their availability in a safe working condition.

► Supports BMS

Supports BMS engineers in constructing BMS systems, specifically in monitoring status and data. Manages emerging issues and carries out other related tasks to ensure efficient operation of the work unit.

► Inspection of HVAC Systems and Components

Conducts inspections of HVAC systems and their components, including heating units, construction exhaust fans, and ventilation units. Evaluates their condition, identifies necessary repairs, and provides recommendations for preventive maintenance.

► Equipment and Supplies Requirements

Requests equipment and supplies to maintain inventory and ensure the availability of items needed for necessary installations and/or repairs.

► Works Under Limited Supervision

Responsibilities include working independently using standardized practices and methods. Provides information and advice to others while operating within a defined budget.

► Other Activities as Directed by the Employer.

► VI – VII degree of professional qualification (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering or similar)

► 3 – 5 years of work experience

► Proficiency in English language

► Proficiency in computer work and MS Office package

► Systematic and analytical way of working

► Strong organizational and problem solving skills

► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
