• Responsible to improve shop-floor KPI Delivery Performance and Productivity
• Design and implementation of new material flow concept focused on the reduction of complexity and reduce costs
• Responsible to implement digital solutions to reduce costs
• Definition of process to bring problem solving and LL Culture to the shopfloor.
• Keep and sustain a lean manufacturing culture.

• Strong experience in Physical Logistics processes
• Experience in digitalization projects
• BPS knowledge /Lean Manufacturing
• CIP mindset
• Supply chain experience
• Labor planning
• Experience owning the design, implementation and optimization of initiatives.
• Result and future-oriented, make things happen, ability to move fast, innovate and simplify.
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
• At least 5 years in Supply chain
